Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) at our core
Diversity, equity and inclusion play an important role in Nextracker’s growth strategy as well as our leadership efforts in the clean energy sector. We recognize the continuing lack of diversity and issues around gender and racial equality in the clean energy industry, but we are working diligently as we strive to be a leader in the industry for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion too. Diversity is not a new concept and it is like a beam that runs across an organization and it touches upon every team in the company. The humanity in being different from each other is the beauty in the universal race we all belong to. Embracing it, celebrating it, amplifying it and showcasing it is a responsibility we all should be accountable for.
