Nextracker is more than just a place to work. We are making an impact on changing the world for the better.
Why Join Nextracker
In a fast-moving tech sector like renewable energy, where the products are continuously evolving, we provide our employees the chance to innovate and develop in their jobs. At Nextracker, you will expand your professional portfolio, collaborate with the best, and be part of a technology-obsessed, mission-driven organization focused on making solar power the number-one mainstream generation source.
United by the importance of our shared mission, we’ve assembled a band of creative, collaborative, and talented problem-solvers from diverse backgrounds. We are always looking for career-focused, committed team members who aren’t satisfied with the status quo, who aren’t afraid to question assumptions, who dream big, color outside the lines, roll up their sleeves, and get things done.
I love working at Nextracker because of the people. They have a passion for solar energy. The drive to power the world with renewables is at the core of everything we do.
At Nextracker, new ideas are encouraged and take shape quickly which fuels renewable energy momentum. It’s great to work in an environment with a growth mind-set.
I think everyone here at Nextracker shares a common passion and goal that I have. What can we do to get to 10 gigawatts, to the next 10 gigawatts, to the next 10, and we’re not going to give up.
It’s not just about the integrity of this company it’s about the integrity of this industry. That’s what we stand for.
Being a new mom, I have the support and flexibility to get my job done and not worry about losing family time.
Open, Collaborative Environment
We work together in an open, collaborative environment that offers autonomy and flexibility, engages intellectually, and allows for camaraderie and team building. We assemble the best to achieve the impossible. But we don’t take ourselves too seriously, either. We like to laugh, dance and exercise. Bring your musical instrument or yoga mat. Bring your dog to the office. Enjoy our healthy lifestyle, cool perks, and generous benefits.
Our Culture Starts from the Top
Solar industry veteran Dan Shugar and his team founded Nextracker because no solar trackers met their requirements. So they redesigned, engineered and built an innovative system from the ground up. From the company’s earliest days, we’ve brought together some of the best minds in the business, and our people collectively represent hundreds of years of PV and solar tracker experience. Team members come from backgrounds in manufacturing, logistics, development, finance, engineering, construction and asset management, while our deep talent bench also features experienced interdisciplinary professionals from software, power electronics, motion control and other technical industries. When we say we understand your wants and needs, we speak from experience.
Women on the Fast Track
Diversity isn’t just a word at Nextracker. For example, our Nextracker Women’s Network unites, promotes, and inspires women in our workplace through social networking, educational opportunities, and professional development. The network gives women opportunities to discuss shared experiences in the workplace, from the challenges of working motherhood to gender imbalances at meetings. Using a localized, autonomous approach, women around the globe— from India, to China, to Mexico, and to the United States—share the unique challenges we face together and support each other with solutions.
Nextracker provides competitive base salaries and incentive compensation that rewards performance along with a comprehensive benefits package. We offer medical, dental, vision, 401k match, flexible spending, and disability plans. We also provide tuition reimbursement, a rideshare program, yoga classes, onsite chair massages, meditation classes, onsite bicycles, and of course solar-powered electric vehicle charging stations.
